The total Price discount under clause for Delay above, shall be limited to 10% of Order Value. Thereafter, notwithstanding any other right that may accrue to the CONTRACTOR under the Purchase Order or at law, the CONTRACTOR shall be entitled to descope or terminate part of the whole of this Purchase Order without any liability to the Vendor. |
